and maintained. Consider the care given to your home, car, etc.;

aluminum frame - fifteen years
fabric - two years
aqua MGP - two years
If the aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e.
broken frames or welds) within 15 years from
the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will
replace or repair the frame in the original
color and style, if available, or in a similar
color and style if the original is not available.
If the fabric on a sling, cushion, or umbrella
tears or fades excessively within 2 years from
the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will
repair or replace the fabric in the original
color, if available, or in a similar color if the
original is not available.
If the aluminum frame fails structurally or
fades excessively within 2 years from the
date of purchase, Leisure Creations will
repair or re昀椀nish the frame in the originial
color, if available, or in a similar color if the
original is not available.

Note: Maintaining your pool’s correct
PH balance is necessary to protect your
furniture’s 昀椀nish.
If vinyl strap breaks within 5 years from the
date of purchase, Leisure Creations will send
a replacement strap directly to the customer
in the original color, if available, or in a
similar color and style if the original is not
available.
Frame is covered the same as the extruded
15 year warranty. Paint 昀椀nish is covered 2
years for blisters or peels. Leisure Creations
will repair or replace the frame in the original
color, if available, or in a similar color if the
original is no longer available.
Excessive fading of vinyl straps will be
warrantied for 2 years from the date of
purchase.
Excessive scratches and scrapes can expose
the steel frame and void the warranty.

umbrella frame - one year
A 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers
all defects with workmanship or materials.
If the paint on an extruded aluminum frame
blisters or peels within 4 years of the date
of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair
or re昀椀nish the frame in the original color, if
available, or in a similar color if the original is
not available.
If an umbrella frame fails structurally within
one year from the date of purchase, Leisure
Creations will repair or replace applicable
parts or frames in the original style, if still
available, or in a similar style if the original is
not available.

MGP Component - 5 Years
Excessive Color Fading - 2 Years

Warranty does not apply in cases of exposure
to extreme weather.
For top and charging components only. It is
recommended, to prevent damage to the
battery, that the solar table not be stored
indoors for long periods of time.
leisure creations warranties become null and void in the event of damage to the product resulting from any of the following:
Unauthorized Repair, Alteration, or
Modi昀椀cation of the Product by Anyone
Other Than Leisure Creation or Approved
Representatives Thereof
In Pool Use of Furniture That is Not
Speci昀椀cally Designed for Water Usage
Use of Unapproved Cleaning Chemicals or
Exposure to Oils or Lotions
Lack of Routine Maintenance and Cleaning
Vandalism
Damage Resulting from Accidents Cause by
Severe Weather
Breakage Due to Abuse or Misuse
