2022-2023 Collaborative Projects:Acadia National Park – teamed up for webinarsand trainings; our staff grew native herbaceousand woody plants in the greenhouses to beplanted in the park.College of the Atlantic – stored our plantvouchers at the school’s herbarium;participated in Earth Day celebration;supported student projects and internships.Bar Harbor Food Pantry – donated 847pounds of produce and herbs, and 23 bucketsof cut 昀氀owers grown in our greenhouses.Island Readers & Writers – hosted an author’sreading of her book for a children’s story hourat Thuya Garden.ArtWaves – hosted plein air painters at theBoathouse at Little Long Pond.Donated plants to various local nonpro昀椀ts forplant sales.Made presentations to various garden clubsand community groups.
