captivating brand experiences.
Many successful brands create human
connection throughout their user base.
Often this extends beyond charitable
experiences to how loyal consumer view
the world and people around them.
Brands like Tesla, Uber and Bird have loyal
following whose core is not necessarily around
transportation, but more deeply around rebellion
and how those brands represent their insurgent
impulses. Coca Cola also has shared experiences
as a strategy. The historic “I’d like to buy the world
a Coke” is a perfect example. Although no brand
wants their consumers to think their brand is not
a shared experience, many brands create shared
experiences as a KEY strategy both in products and
social, media and in online retail.
