BURDIT T CONSULTANTS
Halford Busby provided the cost es琀椀ma琀椀on for the 1849 Park expansion/
renova琀椀on in P昀氀ugerville, Texas. The team assisted the architect team,
Burdi琀琀 Consultants, from the schema琀椀c design phase all the way through
the construc琀椀on documents phase. This $13 million, 80-acre stage of
expansion for the 1849 Park includes:
▪ 3 new baseball 昀椀elds equipped with bleachers, dugouts, bullpens
and other ameni琀椀es
▪ Ba琀ng cages
▪ A “Phieldhouse” featuring new concessions and restrooms
▪ “Phlag” Plaza with addi琀椀onal sea琀椀ng and an ornate baseball paver
The 1849 Park also added an abundance of new landscaping including trees,
ar琀椀昀椀cial turf and other plants that will make this “third place” really feel like
a home and a place of gathering for the residents and athletes of P昀氀ugerville.
