MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS
FINANCIAL WELLNESS
Emphasizing emotional well-being, we collaborated
with Cigna to host a virtual, interactive mental health
recognition and response seminar specifically tailored
for 30 of our managers. Led by a certified mental health
professional, the seminar addressed various aspects of
mental health challenges, including destigmatization,
recognizing signs and symptoms of behavioral issues,
crisis response and available resources.
In 2023, our commitment to holistic well-being
encompassed a diverse range of initiatives addressing
various dimensions of wellness: physical, mental,
emotional, career, social and financial. In collaboration
with CAPTRUST, the financial advisor for our 401(k)
plan, we conducted group and individual sessions to
bolster employee understanding of 401(k) investments
and explore available financial wellness resources.
We also continued to leverage resources provided by
Charles Schwab, our trusted 401(k) record keeper.
Throughout the year, Charles Schwab conducted
webinars focused on various aspects of financial
wellness, offering valuable insights and guidance on
topics such as budgeting, saving for retirement and
investment strategies. As of December 31, 2023, 94.3%
of employees were contributing to the 401(k) Plan.

In partnership with Cigna, our company-wide wellness
challenge ‘Fall Into Fitness’ engaged 107 of our
coworkers in a six-week journey of mindfulness and
physical activity. A total of 153,119 minutes were
logged across 3,379 activities, ranging from yoga and
meditation to running and cycling, fostering a culture
of active living. These concerted efforts underscore
our unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace
environment that prioritizes the comprehensive wellbeing of our employees, ultimately contributing to their
overall health, satisfaction and productivity.
