PNC PLAZA | RALEIGH
Highwoods raised the height and standard of the Raleigh
skyline with this mixed-use tower. Standing above
Fayetteville Street, the tower includes nine floors of parking,
11 floors of office and 11 floors of residential condos, as
well as ground-floor retail space. Highwoods partnerships
and collaboration with RBC and the City of Raleigh was
groundbreaking and included an additional parking deck
on Blount Street to support the project. Now home to PNC,
this tower has been written as the most iconic symbol
of Raleigh’s renaissance.
