MetLife, Inc selected Highwoods to develop a best-in-class
global technology hub in the Raleigh area. The goal was
to create a timeless, adaptable, sustainable and connective
campus to serve the Americas. The 27-acre phased campus
is comprised of three buildings, ~218K SF each, overlooking
the 520-acre Lake Crabtree. This corporate relocation/
expansion was one of the largest job announcements in
North Carolina history.
