long-term build-to-suit lease with Highwoods to develop a
state-of-the-art facility designed for their company’s headquarters and ambulatory surgery center. This collaborative
partnership now serves as an adaptive iconic landmark set
against the backdrop of Tampa’s Avion Park. Now home to
Fanatics Licensed Sports Group, this 176K SF building sits
on four acres in the heart of a thriving Westshore submarket.
