of Country
Hawthorn Football Club acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Islander
peoples as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands and
waters on which we live, learn, work and play.
We acknowledge all the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
communities we work with, and we acknowledge our staff and
players and the rich cultural diversities our colleagues bring as
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
We pay respects to all Elders, past and present and celebrate the
continuous connections to their countries, cultures and histories.
We stand together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
of today and tomorrow.
