In May of 2018, Burr Performing Arts Park
hosted JeanneFest 2.0, which marked the grand
opening of Burr Park. The 1.1 acre park, located
in the center of historic Downtown Dalton, has
hosted events like the Downtown Dalton Summer
Music Series, which contained a variety of music
played every Friday night. New restrooms, a
concession stand, a “green room” for performing
artists and storage space are now available.
