Purpose
The Student Involvement and Leadership team focuses on the student
experience through student organizations, leadership programs, and fraternity
and sorority life. The team facilitates involvement and engagement in the campus
community so that students can find belonging and connectedness at GW.
Services
Fraternity and Sorority Life: More than 1,300 students participate in 34 chapters
and four councils.
GW Engage: Student portal to access a calendar of activities and events for
students. Most events are free, and all are fun!
Student Organizations: Dedicated to an array of causes, identities and interests,
student organizations put on some of the most highly anticipated campus
events and offer endless opportunities for involvement and leadership.
FACT
There are more than 500 student organizations at GW,
so there’s something for everyone!
