Purpose
GW Information Technology (GW IT) is the chief provider of technology
infrastructure, services and applications. The division equips students, staff
and faculty with the technology know-how and tools necessary to achieve
academic excellence by providing advanced technology solutions.
Services
Claim Your Identity: Set up your password and two-step authentication for your
GW email. You will need your GW email to complete class registration, housing
and other requirements.
Email: GW uses Google mail and calendar for student email accounts.
Internet Access: On-campus wireless internet access is available using your
UserID followed by @gwu.edu and password.
Connect Streaming Devices: Apple TV, Playstations, Roku, Nintendo Switches
and Xbox Ones may connect to GW‘s wireless entertainment network.
Printing: Print from anywhere on- or off- campus, and even from your mobile
devices. A print credit is allocated at the beginning of the academic year to help
offset printing costs.

including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud for GW
students.
