CONTINUE JULY FROM MAY AND JUNE
All new, students are required to complete all three
online training programs. In addition, there is an
in-person component to the Title IX training that will
take place during August orientation. Students will
receive an email notification this week with instructions
on how to access and complete each course. Failure
to complete these online programs by Aug. 23 at
11:59 p.m. EDT will result in a hold placed on your
student account, and you may be delayed in being
able to register for spring 2024 classes.

JULY 1
■ Deadline to Upload Your Photo
for Your GWorld Card
Students who submit their photo by the deadline will
have their card waiting for them during residence hall
check-in or, if a commuting student, at the GWorld
Office. Students who do not complete this action in
time will have to go to the GWorld Office when they
arrive on campus to obtain their card. Save time in
August, submit your photo now. (See May for details.)

■ GW Engineering Class Registration
(8 a.m.- noon EDT)
All incoming GW Engineering first-year students
will register for classes on July 18, 8am-12pm EDT.
However, each student will need to register individually
through this sign-up link. For more information
about the process, please review the Advising and
Registration of the Pre-Orientation Online Module.
If additional questions remain, do not hesitate
to contact the GW Engineering advising team at
seasadvising@gwu.edu.

Register for Fall Classes (see June for details)
If all time slots are full when you attempt to register,
email orientation@gwu.edu immediately. Be sure to
include your full name, school or college, and GW User
ID in the email. A GW staff member will be in touch
within two business days.

Services Pre-Orientation Module Part II
Session (if applicable)
This online pre-orientation module will provide
you with information about academic and support
resources. This module must be completed by July 21.
The module will be available by June 26.
To attend this 45-minute virtual info session from 2-2:45
p.m. EDT, email dss@gwu.edu by July 9 to request the
login. Other sessions will be held July 25 and Aug. 8.
You do not need to attend all three sessions.
