To be the partner of choice, for best-in-class orthopedic groups
throughout the United States by delivering a "Physician First"
focus that ensures the long-term success and health of the
groups that join the Growth Orthopedics platform.
NOTE FROM OUR CEO
In November of 2020, Growth Orthopedics was founded with a mission to
provide a pathway for orthopedic physician practices to remain private in a
very competitive environment. Growth Ortho recognized that the best
healthcare for patients is delivered locally by outstanding physicians and
their teams. Allowing practices to expand and grow in their local regions
opens up quality care for a larger group of patients. Two years later we are
delivering on that mission are helping physicians and patients stay healthy.
Looking back on what was a busy, and extremely productive 2022, Growth Orthopedics is starting to live up to
it’s name. With new faces, new places, and new opportunities, this year proved that we are building a great
team that are passionate about our mission. As the ripples of the pandemic become smaller, economic
changes have forced all of us to consider how we do things in a completely different environment that just a
year ago. Our team at Growth continually demonstrates the ability to think outside the box and are resilient in
the face of all that is going on.
As we build deeper relationships within the industry, we find that “Keeping Private Practice Private” needs to be
front and center as we bring more folks on board. Physicians thrive in an environment where they have the
liberty to make the best decisions for the patients and drive the best outcomes. As we expand our footprint in
multiple geographies, we are emphasizing the importance of keeping each location autonomous. Doing so has
allowed us to make decisions to support each locations unique growth initiatives.
While we realize that our physicians need autonomy, we are putting a lot of effort to make sure that our
patients receive that same quality care regardless of which Growth practice they go to. Patients have the
choice on where they go for care, and referrals are the life blood of our industry. Investments in technology,
new facilities and different forms of communication are just some of the ways we hope to enhance the patient
experience with Growth.As we are super grateful for the year that has passed, we are looking forward to 2023
and beyond. Our vision for what Growth is becoming for our physicians, patients, and partners is beginning to
take form. Thank you to all of you that have walked with us so far!
