process to determine essential building elements required to
meet community needs
• Landowner has proceeded on necessary site work to support
future GHSC/Community Center
• Working closely with landowner on initial site concept
• Misc. site development work begins summer 2022
• wetland delineation, septic, street frontage engineering,
tree survey, conservation plan, etc.
