WE ARE ONE TEAM WITH ONE PURPOSE.
It is critical to recognize and praise our team’s
successes and milestones.
Josué Treviño joined our team as our new Rewards &
Recognition Manager in 2019. Through his hard work, we began
a series of programs and events to lift our team members up
and celebrate them and the hard work they do every day.
Recognition Breakfasts gave our team a chance to unwind,
enjoy and appreciate each other. We celebrated the veterans
on our teams by holding monthly Veterans Dinners, giving a
little extra back to those who served. New rewards for integrity
in the workplace, innovative ideas, excellence and compassion,
and unity in the workplace have allowed us to reward those
who come to work every day upholding the values under which
UNITY
Goodwill Houston operates.
