Endowment is for you! Whether you desire to give cash, mature securities, real estate, or a partial

do so while mitigating risk to Forward Free. For example, if you have a piece of valued real estate
you wish to donate, this will be accomplished by donating it to our partner institution who will then
sell it at best market value and deliver the proceeds to Forward Free. This process enables easy
donations of real estate or partial business ownerships that fulfill your wish to target the proceeds
into our Endowment. The Endowment is also the perfect place for your wishes in your estate
planning or will. Further, our partners manage the Endowment for future growth and sustainability,
