NOTE FROM THE EDITORS
We are pleased to provide you with the latest edition of our annual analysis of trends
and developments in EEOC litigation, The EEOC Litigation Review – 2023. This useful
reference aims to explain the most important EEOC policies and decisions in 2022 and
provide an expert analysis of what we predict for 2023.
The Review explains the impact of the EEOC’s six enforcement priorities as outlined in
its Strategic Enforcement Plan on employers’ business planning and how the direction
of the EEOC’s Plan’s should influence key employer decisions.
The Review also contains a compilation of significant rulings decided in 2022 that
impacted EEOC-initiated litigation and a list of the most significant settlements in EEOC
cases in 2022.
