LEASING INFORMATION:
Due at the time of application.
Application Fee is $75 per applicant.
Apartment Hold fee of $200 (this will be credited back at move in)
You will need to provide proof of ID.

OTHER FEE’S DUE AT THE TIME OF MOVE-IN.
Administration Fee is a one-time $150 to be at move-in.
Deposit $500 (in some cases, a conditional approval comes through
and requires a 1 mo. Deposit)
Deposit Alternatives are available for a monthly fee of $15 for a
standard deposit to $25 dollars for a full mo. Deposit
Pet Fee’s, if applicable
Prorated rent and possibly next month’s rent If you move in after the
25th.
COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Pet-Friendly Community, 3rd party pet screening application required
for all pets.
Pet Fee: $400 one-time fee per pet
Pet Rent is $35 a mo.
Covered Parking is available for $35 a month, per spot.
Utilities are not included and are the responsibility of the residents.
Valet Door to Door picks up Sunday through Thursday.
All vehicles and guest vehicles must register through IStall parking.
