Conclusion: The Gender Pint Gap Revisited
This report has highlighted that we have some way to go before we can truly describe beer as a gender-neutral drink in GB. Progress has
been made in some areas which should be celebrated, but there are also behaviours, beliefs and attitudes which need to be addressed,
challenged and overcome.
Some of the opportunities to overcome these barriers have been identified and detailed within the body of the report.
In conclusion we have created a manifesto to ‘bridge the gap’ and break down the stigma associated with women and beer.
We all have a part to play in this.
