Hereare few tips as you look for ways to sharpen your practice.01Notice Your Gaps and Your StrengthsWhen it comes to training, sometimes it can be moreattractive to learn about things we are already familiarwith versus trying to learn something new. Your trainingshould help you build on your strengths and support thegaps in your repertoire.02Think Continuous ImprovementThere are so many ways to be trained, but a single "sitand get" session is probably not the best. Look formultiple opportunities and revisit what you've learnedregularly to find new ways to incorporate what you'velearned. Keep investing in yourself.03Get ConnectedWhether it is a district liaison, a specialized group, oran organization that creates training, there are manyplaces and ways to be connected to the informationand strategies you need.
