handled using adders which preserve the
original estimate and clearly showing the
out-of-scope work.
Shop personnel time can be entered on
the ProMRO timecard either per task or per
project or through an optional kiosk at or
near workstations. The cost of labor is then
automatically applied to the project enabling
real-time insight for management to track
project profitability.
