The 2020 General Obligation Bond Debt Fund makes annual debt payments for
bonds which were approved by the voters at an election held in November,
2019 and issued during 2020.
The bond proceeds were used to finance street improvements which will began
during the spring of 2020 as part of the continuing reconstruction of city streets.
