TOTAL HOME
REPLACEMENT
The Charles County Housing Authority's Community Development
staff utilized funds from the Maryland Department of Housing and
Community Development's Special Loans Program.
This home was completely replaced from the foundation up as it
was deemed more cost-effective than renovations due to the significance of the repairs.
The senior homeowners can now enjoy their home
knowing it is safe, sanitary, and secure.
BEFORE
The program is available to eligible persons who
own their home, have low to limited income, and
the home needs significant repair.
