In Human Resources, we work to support all of the departments within Charles Count y Government to ensure they
can be bet ter prepared for the work they do. One of the
major functions we provide is recruiting.

that new hires are in place and ready to serve our communit y that much sooner and we are proud to support
that outcome.
Recruiting has been a challenge across the countr y. In a
time when organizations are taking longer to fill positions,
we are pleased to see that our recruiting team has reduced
the time to fill vacancies across the organization. We
have reduced our time to hire by 19 days compared
