ABANA is headquartered in Johnstown
with thousands of members located
across the globe. They are a community
of blacksmiths, artisans, and enthusiasts
dedicated to preserving and advancing
blacksmithing as both a profession and
a hobby. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, they
provide educational opportunities for
people new to the craft and certification
for blacksmiths and instructors via the
ABANA National Curriculum. Central to
their mission is increasing awareness
of the historical significance and
modern evolution of the art and craft
of blacksmithing through community
events, exhibitions, educational grants,
and more.

Historically renovated live performing arts
theater seating 694. Musical performances
are held once a month. They also host a
Children’s Workshop in July. Box office
open Tues.-Fri.10 am to 4 pm. Ticket
prices vary. Groups welcome.
