We are genuinely impressed with the retail
sector, an industry driven by innovation that's
always open to embracing to the unexpected.
But it's the consumer who's the hero in
this plotline.
Their resiliency is remarkable and what
we've discovered through this study is not much
can keep them down. Our survey revealed
that the consumer is willing to get back out there
given time and appropriately adapted conditions.
The numbers point to an underlying desire to
return to normalcy albeit with caution, and a
critical appraising eye on the businesses
they patronize; customer and retailer,
a symbiotic relationship.
As with all healthy relationships,
mutual respect and care are
expected, resulting in mutually
rewarding experiences.
