Units
We design distinctive offerings that are grounded on research
about end-users’ needs and an understanding of the surrounding
community’s interests and desires. Building on our established design
relationship with Toll Brothers, Bergmeyer has delivered unique, and
out-of-the-box living experiences for each community within Toll’s
trusted brand expectations.
The scope of our work for units has included design directions for
finishes, and furnishing and accessorizing the model units. In addition,
our team’s scope consists of the interior design of amenity spaces,
corridors, brand strategy, brand identity, naming for the property
and floor plan types, marketing materials, interior design, and
environmental graphic design.
