amenity spaces and typical units for several communities, includingThe
Kendrick in Needham, MA, Osprey in Atlanta, GA, and Cameo in Orange
County, CA. Each unique location pairs local culture and tradition with
the luxury amenities and exceptional client service consistent with the
Toll Brothers’ brand for unparalleled experiences.
The design of the common areas, the units, and the service offerings
is inspired by in-depth research on each neighborhood’s interests and
results in tailored environments that capture the activity and creative
energy of the surrounding community.
