As we begin to look towards returning to the office following the MA and CA “stay at home” orders, Bergmeyer
will follow the recommendations and guidance of the CDC, WHO and local and state jurisdictions. When
our state and local governors have identified that it is safe for companies to open their offices once again,
Bergmeyer will begin the process of welcoming staff back into the office. As we have all become comfortable
with working from home, the office re-entry plan will be staged for a gradual return to work. Our goal in creating
this plan is to minimize the entry and transmission of the COVID virus in our workplace.
This plan is temporary in nature by design, and will be subject to any changes in guidelines by the CDC, WHO,
and local and state jurisdictions. The re-entry plan also is dependent on each individual’s comfort level with
returning to the office, meaning that no individual is required to return to the office in any particular wave. We
will accommodate individuals who desire to continue their remote work out of preference or necessity due to
childcare, or health concerns.
