As professionals we know that we not
only stand on the shoulders of giants,
but that often times it was a caring
educator, mentor, or manager who
saw our potential, took us under their
wing, and showed us a way into the
world of design.
Bergmeyer continues to prioritize the
creation of opportunities for young
people – especially from traditionally
marginalized backgrounds – to explore
careers in design.
In 2023, in addition to providing ongoing
support to our two unique scholarship
programs, we hired student interns
and hosted students from 6 di昀昀erent
universities and high schools.
