Diversity within the design
profession is something that every
employer can contribute to. As we
believe that a diverse design team
is a more creative design team,
Bergmeyer has been very active in
creating opportunities for young
people of diverse backgrounds to
explore careers in design.
In 2022, in addition to providing
ongoing support to our two
Bergmeyer scholarship programs,
we hired student interns and
hosted students from 13
universities and high schools.
