2022 New Design Achievements
Bergmeyer was presented with a groundbreaking project opportunity in 2022 that will
lead to two new design achievements: designing with Mass Timber (GluLam framing and
Cross-Laminated timber) and Passive House standards.
Blueprint, a leading provider of wood-framed construction solutions, is expanding the
company by building a new 450,000-square-foot production facility in Windsor, CT.
The building will be constructed entirely of Mass Timber and will house the latest in robotics
automation technology for precision-fabrication of fully integrated wood framed systems.
Bergmeyer is the architectural designer for the new plant, which will be the largest industrial
building constructed entirely of Mass Timber in North America.
AIA 2030 Commitment
In 2022, Bergmeyer reported our project data to the AIA 2030 Commitment for
the 11th consecutive year:
