Sea Pines Resort
As Hilton Head’s original planned community, Sea Pines created the now famous Hilton Head
look by artfully maintaining a delicate balance between nature and man. Located on the southernmost end of the island, Sea Pines offers three championship golf courses, five miles of white,
sandy inviting beaches, a lush 600-acre forest preserve, an abundance of tennis courts, swimming
pools and bike paths, sensational restaurants, boutique-style shops, nightly live entertainment, and
the famed candy-striped lighthouse at the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. In addition, the Equestrian
Center offers horseback riding. Sea Pines Resort truly offers something for everyone!
BEACH ACCESS:
Access is at the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers many amenities such as restrooms, food service,
a bar, picnic tables, and showers. Some parking is available, although it fills up very quickly in season.
The Sea Pines trolley provides transportation to the Beach Club from the Greenwood Dr. parking lot,
Harbour Town and other locations. South Beach is another beach access. There is no public parking,
so walking or biking is recommended. This is a pleasant and uncrowded area where dolphins and other
wildlife abound. There are also numerous public beach paths along Sea Pines Dr. for beach access.
