HEALTH HISTORY REPORTAll applicants must complete a physical and mental health history report. This report is found on your student applicationform in the Catalog Addendum. Applicants experiencing a physical or mental condition which may be detrimental to theapplicant or the School will be reviewed by Student Affairs (and the Class Deans, as appropriate) prior to admission. Uponreview of all pertinent information, the School will make recommendations that support the applicant’s well-being andhealth. The School reserves the right to deny admission and request that the applicant reapply at a time when theapplicant’s physical and mental health permit. An official physician or psychiatrist release form will be requested from theapplicant. The School does this without prejudice. Applicants who have been hospitalized for psychologicaldifficulties will be asked to wait five years after hospitalization to apply.INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTSInternational applicants must present evidence of having received a U.S. high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof.All transcripts of secondary and postsecondary work are to be sent to the Registrar with English translations attached to anydocuments, transcripts or diplomas written in a foreign language.ADMISSION PROCEDURESStudents seeking admission to one of the School’s programs complete an admissions application and submit copies ofall diplomas, GED exam results, and/or transcripts. Applications cannot be processed until all information and supportingdocuments have been received. Undergraduate students may be admitted on a provisional basis with the consent of theClass Dean and Department Heads. Provisionally admitted undergraduate students may complete no more than 30 creditsor one year of course work. If all admission requirements have not been met by this time, the student will be dropped fromthe School.STUDENTSWITH INTERRUPTIONS IN TRAINING OR TERMINATIONA student who experiences a break in enrollment, or who has been suspended or dismissed, must apply for readmission.Readmission is not automatic because of enrollment limitations and changes in academic regulations. Questions concerningreadmission should be directed to the Registrar and/or Class Dean.If a student is experiencing a physical or mental condition detrimental to the student or to the School, the Class Dean,and Department Heads, in consultation with the School President, will recommend appropriate action. The School mayrequest that a student be withdrawn officially, without prejudice or academic penalty. Readmission is contingent uponreview and recommendations by the Class Dean and School President, and upon receiving a physician or psychiatristrelease form.1-Year AbsenceStudents who have been out of the program for one year may apply to the subsequent year of training.2-Year AbsenceStudents who have been out of the program for two or more years and wish to reenroll in the program must be testedto determine their current proficiency in Healing Science skills and in Psych-Spiritual Development skills. The student willthen be placed in the year with the skills proficiency level that is comparable to that of the returning student. Students maybe asked to repeat one, two, three, or four years of study in order to graduate from the program. In order to graduate, thestudent must have successfully completed all required coursework.26
