American River Courtyard – Suites
American River Courtyard (AMC) is a four-story co-ed residence
hall for upper-division students (sophomores, juniors, seniors,
transfer, international and graduate) that houses 600 residents
in suite style units. The AMC offers single and double occupancy
rooms within the suites.
UPPER DIVISION &
FIRST YEAR HOUSING
Riverview Hall is a co-ed residence hall that houses approximately 440 students from
all class levels, depending on occupancy needs. There are singles, doubles, and a limited
number of triple rooms. The four-story building is divided into separate corridors by a
central stairwell and elevators with double and triple occupancy rooms on one side and
single rooms on the other. Gender specific and all gender community bathrooms are
located on each floor.
