2020 AWARDS RECIPIENTS
Each year the ABCIL Membership Committee uses specific criteria to select a slate of candidates for the
Associated Builders & Contractors, Illinois Chapter
General Contractor Member and Specialty Contractor Member of the Year.
This criterion includes the company’s focus on safety, education, training, ABC event participation and
political involvement. The committee then reviews the slate of candidates and the participation level in
each category.
The 2020 recipients exceeded the committee’s expectations in each of these areas.

The Membership Committee also used additional criteria to select a slate of candidates for the ABCIL
Associate & Supplier Members of the Year.
This criterion included the company’s volunteerism, event participation, political advocacy and contributions to the chapter. The committee again reviewed the slate of candidates and the participation
level in each category.
This year’s recipients have gone above and beyond for the chapter.
