Endowment Funds
United Way WRC has established endowment funds with the Waterloo Region
Community Foundation. Endowment funds provide a consistent revenue source
because the original gift is never spent - it remains intact as a legacy forever, a
reminder of your gift to the community. Annually United Way WRC invests the
disbursements from each fund to align with the intent of that fund.
The Forever Fund
Forever Fund grants, generated by an endowment fund, are used to support
programs and initiatives within Waterloo Region. Grants are available in the
following two investment streams:
