in Waterloo Region. This sub-group of passionate
volunteer members share ideas and resources with the
goal of uplifting each other and our community.

LEGACY GIVING
In Memory of Daisy Chaplin
Our community mourns the loss of Daisy Chaplin, a lifelong
resident and dedicated community advocate. Daisy
requested that instead of flowers, gifts be made to the United
Way WRC Children and Youth Cause Area. To date, this fund
has raised $21,925. We are so grateful to Daisy and to those
who contributed for their generosity and kindness. Legacy
Giving and Gifts in Honour provide an opportunity for
community members to raise and direct funding into critical
programs supporting their community. If you would like
more information or assistance in setting up a similar giving
