211 is a boots-on-the-ground information and referral helpline that
helps those in need access local resources and services. Our team of
compassionate, highly-trained specialists are available 24/7, 365 days
a year to help thousands of people overcome barriers and address
challenges every day. Launched by United Way of Greater Nashville in
2004, 211 serves 42 counties in Middle Tennessee.
