211 is a boots-on-the-ground information and referral helpline that
helps those in need access local resources and services. Our team of
compassionate, highly-trained specialists are available 24/7, 365 days
a year to help thousands of people overcome barriers and address
challenges every day. Launched by United Way of Greater Nashville
in 2004, 211 serves all of Davidson, Williamson, Robertson, Hickman,
Dickson and Cheatham counties as well as other regional counties.
