TOGETHER WE CAN
Meet Our Neighbors’
Basic Needs
Every person deserves a stable place to call home, food to eat and
living in cars and shelters. Or worse. Together, we’re helping families
make connections and fill in the gaps when they’re struggling.
No one should have to worry about where they’ll find their next meal or
how they’ll keep a roof over their head. The Family Collective quickly
moves families experiencing homelessness into stable housing and
prevents those living on the edge from losing their homes in the first
place. Through local food banks, hot meal providers and meal delivery
services, we’re providing access to high-quality, nutritious meals and
bridging the gaps so that families are fed. And for our neighbors who
don’t know where to turn, the 211 Helpline connects them to support
and services during times of crisis.
