whisky and spices make this the perfect warming
but refreshing cocktail for those autumn-y (and
wintery) months.
And here’s how to make yourself a Winter
Buck (if your cocktail cabinet allows):
Fill a high-ball glass with cubed ice and add 50ml of
Glen昀椀ddich 12-Year-Old whisky and 12.5ml Winter
Spice syrup. Top it up with soda water, give it a stir,
and make it look pretty with a lemon slice.
