Our research
In September 2022,
we commissioned an independent
survey of 250 facilities management
professionals to understand their top
priorities and challenges in their role,
and how they saw these evolving in
the coming years.
To understand how these experiences have
changed over the past year and how FMs feel
about broader challenges in the industry, we have
conducted further research in December 2023.
The survey of facilities management professionals
in senior roles encompassed four key sectors:
warehousing and storage; production and
manufacturing; retail logistics and distribution; and
building construction and refurbishment.
We asked participants 10 questions relating
to health and safety; maintenance and repair;
workloads and workplace experience; and training
and development.
