Foreword
Our research into the 昀椀rst-hand experiences of facilities
management professionals began back in 2022. We
recognised that the facilities management industry was
becoming increasingly dif昀椀cult to navigate, and that the
responsibilities of the professionals within it were becoming
more complex too.
The role of the FM has transformed over the past
昀椀ve years. Professionals have been forced to adapt
to a diverse range of changes to the industry,
