Photography and Social Media:
You are welcome to bring professional photographers and
videographers to our ceremony room and our licensed
venues. We know how important it is to capture the essence
of your celebration. We will always do our best to work with
them to ensure they get the best shots. Likewise, if you
choose friends and family to take photographs, they are
welcome to do so.
If you wish us to let your guests know you prefer them not to
take pictures or post on social media, just let us know and
we will nicely let them know at the start of the ceremony.
Witnesses:
The minimum number of guests you can have with you is
your 2 witnesses. For all ceremonies, please select 2 guests,
who must be over 16, able to understand English and have
understood what has taken place. They do not require ID.
Certificates:
On the day we will complete a commemorative certificate
which you, your witnesses and the registrars sign alongside
your legal documents. We will present this to you at the end
of your ceremony.
We then register your marriage or civil partnership in our
office, and your legal certificates will be posted to you
within a few days of the ceremony. If you require
additional certificates to those purchased at the time of
booking, please email us in advance of the ceremony.
Extra copies are always available after the event too.
