How to make a booking
Once you have chosen your venue and preferred date, please
complete the booking form on our website.
If you are unable to use or access the internet, please leave us a
voicemail on 01628 796422 to advise us.
Once we receive your booking request, a registrar will call you
back to make the booking with you. We will discuss the next steps
with you, confirm our availability, make the booking, and take full
payment in advance.
We will confirm the booking by email, sending a confirmation letter,
and more information about what will happen next. Most importantly
if you are marrying or forming a civil partnership we will advise
you that the next step is to give legal notice – more information
about this can be found on page 13 and 14.
Once your booking is in place, and the clock is ticking towards your
big day, do get in touch with us at any time if we can help with anything.
