Q. I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RESET?
You can reset your password yourself by going to CALMS platform and requesting
a new one. An automated email will be sent to you to reset the password.
STEP 5
You will be shown a preapproval screen. In the bottom
right corner, press Approve
Now.
Q. WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT MY ACCOUNT?

Please call our Stock Funding Operations Team in Solihull on 0330 303 1293.
A pop up appears with the amount
that will be collected from your
bank account ie 8,000.00. Click on
Finish or Capture Another
Proposed Repayment.
Q. HOW DO I INCREASE MY STOCK FUNDING CREDIT LIMIT?
We review all accounts on a regular basis. If you’d like to increase your facility,
please speak to your dedicated manager.
TOP TIP
If over 75% of your facility is utilised on
the last day of the month, we automatically
rebate your audit fee. Stock up to save!
Q. I’M NOT CLEAR ON THE FEES, CAN YOU EXPLAIN THEM TO ME?
