Modelling the Finance Quote
The default quote can be remodelled to the customer’s needs by the over-typing of
“Deposit”, “Part Exchange”, “Settlement”, “Term” “Mileage per annum” (PCP), and
clicking on
(i.e. to drive the term or deposit to meet the customer’s desired monthly payment).
There is no Minimum Total Deposit (Deposit plus Part Exchange less Settlement
amount), but it cannot be a negative amount. There is a Maximum Total Deposit (on
PCP) which is 25% of the Sales Price “Gross Cost”.

The “GFV” for PCP will be populated based on the details entered. If the customer prefers a
lower GFV (with consequentially higher monthly payments), you can reduce the GFV value (to a
minimum of 60% of the value set by V12VF). Whether changed or as populated, the GFV cannot
be higher than 90% of the Loan amount. Messages will appear at the foot of the Finance Quote
Total amount of the VAPS in the ‘Customer Premium’ box. For clarity:
*The amount entered in a Vatable box must be the Total including VAT.
*If the VAP includes an Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) you must include this amount with the Total in the non-Vatable box.
• The Total VAPS amount has been added to the Loan Amount ‘Financing’.
•Under ‘Payment’ on the quote screen, there is a click on link “Show Breakdown”.
This will split the monthly repayments individually for the vehicle, and for each selected VAPS.
Note: Remember to “Save Quote” when appropriate.
Recalculating only will not save your actions if you leave the quote proposal.
Dealer Fitted Options
The following DFOs can be included in the V12VF agreements:
