Starting a New Quote
Once logged on select “Start a New Quote”.
You will then see the Data Privacy Statement in a pop up.
Scroll to the bottom of the DPS and to proceed select “Continue” when ready.
2. Enter Vehicle Details
Under the ‘Customer’ section, you can see ‘Asset’. Select “Choose an Asset”.
Enter the registration number in the pop up box and select “Lookup”.
Enter the vehicle mileage and Sales Price.
(This can be changed in a later screen).
Click “Done”.
If you do not have the registration
number, you can search for the vehicle
variant. Click on “Or, find your asset via
filters” from ‘Choose an Asset’.
The vehicle details entered will be
populated in the ‘Asset’ section. You
can amend the vehicle details, the sales

1. Enter Customer Details
Now you will be on the quoting page, select the
drop down against the customer field and enter
the customer’s first name and surname.
Note: You do not have to complete this at this
stage, but these fields are mandatory if you want
to save the quote.

Price tab - The Sales Price entered previously will populate
‘Base Sale Price’. The field ‘Sale Price’ can be over-typed or
achieved by £or% discounts being applied. All changes here will
recalculate the Finance Quote, with ‘Sale Price’ populating the
quote as ‘Gross Cost’.
Specifics tab - You can correct any details here if necessary
without returning to the start. This tab (just above the quote
space) is useful if you are modelling a quote without an identified
vehicle, as you can model the prospective cars mileage.
Changes will recalculate the quote.

If the vehicle modelled is eligible for a V12VF Product but
outside of its lending parameters, Calms messages will be
displayed at the foot of the ‘Finance’ section.
